Alexa Dominique Pascual is an international affairs professional, consultant, and youth advocate specializing in global governance, business, economic development, diplomacy, artificial intelligence governance, and international security. She serves as the Co-Chair for Human Rights and the SDG #16 Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions Ambassador for UNA-USA under the UN Foundation, advocating for youth inclusion, responsible AI governance, economic development, cybersecurity, and effective global institutions. She has contributed to UN initiatives on digital transformation, AI safety, and sustainable development, and represents youth perspectives at international forums including the UN and G20. Alexa is co-founder of The Rising Lens Project and previously interned at the U.S. Department of State on U.S.–Central Asia relations and energy security. She is pursuing a Master’s in International Relations at American University.
