Grégoire Jacquot is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lobito Venture Partners, where he channels Western capital into the infrastructure backbone of the Lobito Corridor. His work sits at the intersection of geopolitics and capital formation: structuring the power, logistics, and resource projects that will define the next decades of African development. He is passionate about the forces driving civilizational progress — government, capital, the social contract, breakthrough industries — and what happens when they align, or don't. Before LVP, he advised the French government on African affairs and the Secretary of the Economy of Mexico, served as Chief Strategy Officer at a leading African solar startup acquired by EDF in 2024, and worked as a UN expert shaping development finance and diplomacy across Africa, including leading the technical architecture behind Mission 300, the global push to electrify 300 million Africans. He graduated from MIT (Computer Science & Technology Policy) and École des Mines, Paris (Applied Mathematics).
