Diego Garcia works at the intersection of national security, economic security, and emerging technology. During the Biden administration, he served as Communications Director to the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering and as Advisor to the CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. Now at an advisory firm, he advises and invests in companies seeking to work with the Pentagon. A native of the DC metropolitan area, Garcia is a graduate of Harvard College.
