Xevion Baptiste is Senior Advisor and Fellow at Renaissance Philanthropy, where she leads engagement with financial institutions and partnerships on catastrophic climate risk. She is a strategist with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of tech, policy and finance, and previously led impact for Goldman Sachs' $10 billion impact investing initiative. Xevion has scouted energy sites along the Congolese–Ugandan border and evaluated agtech in Cape Verde. She earned her M.P.P. from Harvard University and her B.A. from the City University of New York.
